   Participation Rules:
   • Equal chance per entry
   • Entries valid only for the designated draw
   • Entries non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable (except as required by law)
   • Per-person entry limits may apply
   Selection uses certified random technology monitored by authorities. Results are final.
5. 5. Prizes & Awards
   • Prize details are announced before each draw and distributed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
   • Winners notified via email and phone; must respond within 30 days
   • Claiming requires government ID, residency proof, tax documentation, and signed release forms
   • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes
6. 6. Financial Terms
   • Payments in Canadian Dollars via approved methods (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, debit, others as listed)
   • Entry purchases are final; refunds only for draw cancellations, technical errors, or as legally required
7. 7. Community Funding
   A portion of all entry revenue supports Canadian community initiatives, including:
   • Affordable housing programs

   • Environmental projects
   Allocation percentages are disclosed on the Platform.

   • Providing false information

   • Manipulating draws or entries
   • Using bots or automated systems
   • Selling or transferring entries
   • Fraudulent or deceptive practices

   Violations may result in account suspension, entry/prize forfeiture, and legal action.

9. 9. Responsible Participation

   • Seek help if gaming becomes problematic

    • Violation of these Terms
    • Violation of applicable laws

    • Fraudulent or illegal actions
13. 13. Changes to Terms

14. 14. Account Termination
    Accounts may be suspended or terminated if:
